When i try to see a video, a white window pops up with nothing in it. What do i do?

I am very sorry, I do not know how to help. It is not something on our site. Offertoro is an application that runs on our site. We have no way of editing those pieces.

So, this is the problem:
When i press on the comercials to earn money, the screen of the video pop-out and nothing goes on. It's shows a white screen with a close bottum in the upper right and no video is in there or work.
I chekced my chrome and he is updated, I turned off my firewall and still the same error.

Anyone know how can I fix it?

If it is multiple people, it may be a communication error, but I am just speculating.

We are looking into other offer providers, as we are not particularly happy with the level of service from several of the ones we currently have.

Hey guys, we have not heard back from OfferToro yet, but we believe this to be an issue on their end.

Regarding the videos being blank, this appears to be a common issue for people right now. We are trying to contact OfferToro to obtain more information.
