ЕРДИ,when verifying rounds, the winning percentage is the location the winning ticket was pulled from, not the odds of the person winning.

If there are 90 credits in pot, and I put in 10 credits, in order for me to win, the winning ticket would have to be between 90-100%. I hope this helps explain it better.
