Credits earned through completing offers are not managed by us. If you didn't get anything, neither did we. Make sure an offer has been fully completed per our partner's instructions, and that the offer was valid for your area. Our ad partners do a good job of correctly processing credits.

Page 1, 2, and 3, all have ways to contact the company if you did not receive credits for an offer. It is located on the /earn page near the top-right. Check on the page under 'Support' or 'My Credits'

6. Why is my credit balance negative?

This almost always means there was a payment reversal on the account, due to fraudulent ad offer completion.

The credit balance is correct. It was decided not to ban the account for participating in the pricing scam.

It may have been Steam's routine Tuesday maintenance causing it. I am not seeing any issues with your account Raven.

HGN1 シ, your trade is in Steam escrow because you don't have mobile authentication on your account. It has nothing to do with us and there is nothing we can do about it. Your account will be credited when we receive the items on April 11th.

CU.Hunter, I would need to know the trade # or which bot you traded with to look into the issue. This does not sound like anything that has ever happened on our site.

Both of your transactions are showing they have been credited. It may have been delayed, either because of our system or Steams.

To see if a transaction is finished, click on your name on the left side of the website, and select 'Account'. If it says 'Trade Offer Sent', this means the bots have not finished communicating with Steam to confirm the trade.

Page 4 does not offer support, as they feel they do a well enough job of sorting out legitimate offers and completions. If you are not receiving credits from page 4, we recommend switching to a different page.
