Items that are traded to the bot will not be sold on the site until the bot is able to trade them again. This will not prevent you from using the site, or receiving credit for your items, which is still usable instantly.

Hello! The site is very much alive, and just finishing up beta testing of the new remake.

As per the help tab, if credits were not received for an offer, it means the offer provider has declared that the offer was either fraudulently or incorrectly completed, and as such we do not receive any credits for the account. Hope this helps clarify things!

For future reference, it may be a better choice to inform us, rather than engage in obviously unethical activity. We pay out more credits to honest individuals, and it doesn't result in a ban.
