To remove your Steam Trade Hold, you must have Mobile Authentication enabled for 7-days, and have Confirmation of Trades turned on. This will allow your deposits to be instant again. Withdrawals are all instant as our bots have Mobile Authentication enabled.

Credits earned through completing offers are not managed by us. If you didn't get anything, neither did we. Make sure an offer has been fully completed per our partner's instructions, and that the offer was valid for your area. Our ad partners do a good job of correctly processing credits.

Page 1, 2, and 3, all have ways to contact the company if you did not receive credits for an offer. It is located on the /earn page near the top-right. Check on the page under 'Support' or 'My Credits'

A customer recently contacted support for one of the offer sites and received a list of reasons accounts may not receive credit.[gyazo.com]

This almost always means there was a payment reversal on the account, due to fraudulent ad offer completion.

Please post feedback for us here, and anything you think that would improve the site. This can be anything from 'I hate this God Damn button!' to 'Can you stock this or change the price on this?' We're interested in hearing about any of it, and we will use any help you can offer.

Please try to keep tempers in check if you're frustrated with a problem. We do our best, but we still screw up from time to time as well. We all do our best not to rage at each other.

Also, if you think pricing should be changed for an item, please post that here as well. The pricing is a very organic process that we have a lot of work to do with still.

Here we post any scam accounts posing as The Bank Bot. Feel free to add to this list or post here so we can investigate, and make sure to report anyone on this list. This is unethical behavior.
