All you have to do is to take a screenshot to prove that you completed the offer, go the page you've done the offer at, click on support, search for the offer, and contact support with your proof, and they will give you your credits.

Hello, is it possible to transfer credits from account to another, other account has credits which cant be used (trading problem), can those credits be switched here? If yes, ill give you information and that the other account accepts that.

Credits for offers are payed by a different company for each page. Most have a support to contact for issues. Hope this helps.

Go to the page which you made the offer on, search for support, contact them with a proof that you have completed the offer, for example, screenshot of the application you downloaded on your phone.
