Seeing as a couple of multiplayers are released on Mac now, you can play with your friends who prefer half eaten apples to windows.
Most noteworthy multiplayer: Killing Floor (which is 33% off). All of the releases are on sale so get them now if you haven't already!

It is a "Limited Beta" meaning a limited amount of people will get in, that amount of people was reached in the first 15 minutes and no one else will be getting in.

As nya[dc] says, there are no more Beta slots left, so well done if you managed to get one but it appears to be closed for now :(

If you had the message "Steam could not handle your request" and therefor couldn't download the beta, rightclick on a player within this group that plays the beta and select launch game.
