"Friends network unreachable"

I don't know if it happens to others, but I'm having this error and not sure if it's ok. But I'm using the "March 2023" version. Any clues what to do?

See if this patch can solve that issue for you. I'm still using the early June 2023, thus previous Steam's UI and with it I can still PM my friends without any issues.
