Hello, everyone. My name is Rei (a pseudonym I use in this sphere). I'm practically a new
member of this community. Art has been my passion ever since I could hold a pencil or think
creatively. I spent my childhood drawing and creating art, and it hasn't changed since. I love
to put my ideas, visions, feelings, and emotions into a blank piece of paper or, in this case,
lately, into photographs.

I wasn't a photographer type in my life, virtual or real, but eventually, my passion for it was
born. It all started with me messing around in games that had the tools to capture beautiful
scenery and moments. Then I found out about this community and saw all your breathtaking
work, how much is possible. I thought I could try it too. So, at first, I booted up random
games that impressed me the most with the visuals and started thinking about what I could
capture. After taking multiple shots, it was still not what I was looking for. Until I discovered
how much is possible in Cyberpunk 2077, and my interest peaked at the highest level.

At first, I used the character that I had created to play through the game. She was
captivating but still missing something. Personality. That's where I got the idea - to create art
and actual photographs, I need a virtual model with a soul because only that way can I truly
express something through this type of media. So, I created -

I've spent much time on her - face, expression, eyes, hairstyle, tattoos or clothes, down to
the most minor details. Cyberpunk has a lot of cosmetics and customisation options, though,
to give her personality and for a broader range of customization options, I turned to modding.
I was working on her to the point where she finally felt complete. And only then was I thrilled
with my work. Valerie carried me into the heart of this community. The first shots that were
seen - loved by more people, the first shots I truly admired, were captured by her being in
front of the “lens.” My photos gained a soul and allowed me to express myself. Creating
something deeper. The true beginning of this rather exciting journey.

Valerie was the model I wanted, and I used her for many photoshoots—even if some of them
were just to capture her beauty. But after some time, I needed a new model, a new persona.
And that's how Zoe came to life.

Though I created her with care, she did not differ that much from Valerie. Sure, she looked
and dressed differently, but it didn't quite feel like a big change. Or a step into a completely
new direction. I wanted a model that's shining with her uniqueness. A model that is elegant,
charming and captivating just alone with her personality. After a lot of thinking, searching and
hours spent in character creation - my favorite model so far was born Aurora.

If you recognize any of the captions that have been used under her photos or her unique
hairstyle, which I've commissioned a very talented modder to create, it's not hard to see that
she was inspired by the musician Aurora. In her early stages, when I was looking to “find
her,” I was listening to Aurora. Then I got the idea—this woman is shining with her
uniqueness, a perfect example of what I want.

With Aurora, I not only gained a new model but also a spark to give my work its own identity.
I wanted people to recognize my work whenever they see it on their screen. So I created my
own preset to give it all a whole new feel, color palette and focus more on white balance.
After some time, people started recognizing it, and it felt amazing, as it was exactly what I
was aiming for. Yet another goal was achieved.

Virtual photography showed me a new way of creating, and after having so much fun doing it
virtually - I bought a camera and started doing it in reality as well.
