didn't know you paint over the hair and eyelashes lol. since your image is 1080P, you might want to work on 1440/2160 when doing the hair and eyelashes? in my experience it helps to avoid some jagged edges when using the brushes in photoshop if the strand is small-- though maybe you already does it xD
