It was a scam more than likely. I'm pretty sure the admins will personally add you and give you the item you win rather than a CS:GO Rafflez page adding you and sending you a link. (IF Thats the case.)

I'm no expert, but it looks to be around 80 keys. Also if you're looking for an accurate measurement of blue on your knife, here's a user that does CH measurements for small donations:
