A Error in my sequence line

I have a problem with the sequence line of my QC file I can't compile it, it gives me this error:
ERROR: model has no sequences
ERROR: Aborted Processing on 'test/dummy.mdl'

but I do have a line of sequence here it is:
$sequence "Idle" "Dummy.smd" fps 30

Can someone please correct it
