Report a translation problem
So, the problem was that when i exported my model to fbx, i didn't tick off "Model Animations" which includes a default animation from the game, thus making "All transformations" completely cook the model. The solution is to export and tick off "Model animations" so that no animation sequence is present, scale accordingly in blender, and export it as smd, and voila/ the model in sfm appears perfectly now.
So for anyone exporting Serious Engine assets (or any asset from a video game engine) from Serious Sam to Blender to SFM make sure in the editor to tick off model animations.
