[NOTABUG][BUG] No Animations from Black Mesa Source zombie_sci.MDL
I'm trying to decompile the zombie_sci.mdl file from Black Mesa Source, but only the first of the available animations is showing up in the anims folder created by Crowbar. Has anyone had any luck decompiling Black Mesa Source models and animations?

Steps Taken:

-Open zombie_sci.mdl
-Click Decompile MDL File

Issue:
-Animations not present in the created "zombie_sci_anims" folder, only "ragdoll.smd", which is the first in the list when opening the model in Source Filmmaker.

Here's the problematic .MDL file https://www.dropbox.com/s/n0kz8hk1uttzvfu/zombie_sci.zip?dl=0

OS: Win 7 64

Samples: From Black Mesa Source

(SteamApps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\blackmesa\models\zombies\zombie_sci.mdl)

I've tried this with the Source Filmmaker DLC version of the model, and the same problem is present.

I downloaded from the link you gave and decompiled the model via 0.24. In the QC, there are these two lines:
$includemodel "zombies/zombie_shared.mdl" $includemodel "zombie/classic.mdl"

Those lines indicate that the animations are in those MDL files. Try decompiling those two MDL files for the animation SMD files.

:)

My mistake, it seems classic.mdl is from the Half-Life 2 zombie folder, not Black Mesa Source, so it's using some animations from HL2! Thanks for the help anyways, now to figure out how to get them into 3DS Max
