When modifying QC files and recompiling the MDL loses 1/2 of its sized and causes the models end result to be a disaster. Is there any reason the mdl starts at 1300kb and after recompiling the qc file it becomes 650kb?

When I click on select folder Browse Content Folder (the folder the model is in to publish) i get met with an instant crash. Same thing happens when trying to do the thumbnail as well.
