I'm not sure if it's possible to backport from newer Fusion to HDSE. Forward putting does work however.

It can't decompile Serious Sam models, it's different format with same extension name.

You might try to export model from Serious Editor.

HD SE probably doesn't have export function. You might try to copy the model and relevant files to Fusion.

Import standard model then your custom model. See if their scales match

Install HLMV++ (comes with Hammer++ nowadays), extract model with it's pose as smd

Try remove old configs

Your model is huge in sizes. Really huge that it comes out of map boundaries

Where do i add that? In detail please, i am new to this

.qc file defines parameters for complete model. If you don't have source files, you can obtain files by decompiling model with the program.

.qc file is text file, which can be edited in Notepad app.

add above mentioned command into .qc, above every $sequence, $animation, $body instances. Replace x y z to certain values, depending on how further/closer you want the model be shifted. 0 (zero) to not move the model on this particular axis.

Compile the model to see changes.

You can't change fov. You cant however change position by adding at top of qc content to move further or sideways,

You need full set of model, including .mdl, .vvd .vtx and other extensions

To generate definebones, temporarily comment out unneeded parts
