Hello Old RustyDutchman and other rust players, this is a general message!

I(PissWasser) am thinking about setting up a new Rust server! But before I will do that there are a few things I need to know!

1. Do you want me to start a new server?
2. If so what do you want in that server(mods rules etc.)
3. What are you missing when playing on other servers that you would like to have!
4. What things on other servers do you like that you would want me to put in?!

Last but not least if I am gonna start it up we need around 10$ to rent a new server and what I wanna make is a server that runs on donation! So you can buy certain kits packages etc etc
