New Vegas is a sight for all factions due to its resources and massive amounts of attraction to the people.

Our government is to be restored. Our scouts report that Vegas is a city untouched by the bombs, and that it has casinos. A jewel in the dark night. An oasis in an unwandered desert.

The NCR has a force there, but they are only Military Police. They are also paired with the RobCo Securitrons, built by the big man himself, Robert Edwin House, born 2020.

Our scouts also report that the New California Republic has a monorail line from McCarran Airport (A fortified airport) to New Vegas.

The plan is this: We will land north, and walk on foot from there. My squadron, The American Angels, will head to McCarran Airport and sabotage the monorail. This will buy the rest of you maggots time to take New Vegas before the NCR reaches it.

And once you do arrive at Vegas, intimidate them. Show those who want to resist an example. An example not to trifle with us.

We leave tomorrow, at dawn. Prepare yourselves.

The point here is, as the title says, the Enclave is sending an expeditionary force to Beijing, China via vertibird (Please recommend an alternative and better transportation, if there is one.)

This expedition will not start for now for the following reasons:
-We need a few more volunteers
-Lack of supplies and fuel (We will cross the Pacific Ocean)
-Lack of Vertibirds
-We may be stretched thin
-Harshness of Chinese Commie Winter (Possible Nuclear Winter)

So yeah, this event is happening and is violating many aspects of the Fallout lore. But it will be interesting, to say the least.

I've just decided to just create the lore after what happened. So listen.

With the NCR and the Brotherhood of Steel forming an official truce to beat back the Enclave, their threat is recognized to the Enclave. Their forces attacked outlying outposts, taking them quickly. The Enclave then had a stand at Camp Navarro but was also forced to retreat at their last bastion of hope, the Poseidon Oil Rig.

Surprisingly, the Enclave managed to push back the NCR and the Brotherhood forces, through the help of their new "Mark II Super Mutants", tougher than an average Super Mutant, and also retains more of their intelligence. They were formed from injecting a new type of Forced Evolutionary Virus (FEV) on the villagers of New Arroyo.

Not all was triumphant for the Enclave, though; an infiltrator under the NCR Rangers managed to sabotage the Oil Rig by crippling the FEV tube, making it unable to release the FEV into the atmosphere. Some labs were also damaged.

The Chosen One and their companions were also captured. Their fate is now in the hands of the Enclave...

...and plenty of Enclave men were captured by the NCR, and Frank Horrigan's right leg was amputated.

It was a pyrrhic victory. But remember the saying:
War. War never changes.

You are all worthless to this army! Our second main field headquarters was taken, and the Oil Rig is under heavy fire! What did I do to deserve you lounging maggots?! Oh, and, on another note: While we're here on a war and in the frontlines, you ladies are getting your thumbs in your asses on a picnic!

I want all soldiers to report to the Oil Rig! IMMEDIATELY!
