Hi, i make this post because i need help with something about a game --------> Forza Horizon 3. The point is that i can't play in high at this game and even in medium at 60fps and i know that you will ask for my specs so

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz

Nvidia GeForce GTX 970

16 RAM

Windows 10-64 bits

I know that the game show that in the recommended specs is necessary a cpu Core i7 3820 @ 3.6GHz but i was watching videos in youtube and a lot of people can play in high quality with a i5 with 3.6GHz and i can't play in medium. My cpu is overclocked at 4.2GHz so i don't know why i cant play even in medium when a lot of people can in high with a worst cpu than my cpu.
