Not sure if this has been thought of yet, and I am very inexperienced with creating unusual effects, but I thought of maybe a unusual effect that has constant supply drops, coming down, and the effect fading when it reaches the hat, and then another partner effect, of bombers dropping bombs down on the hat every 5 seconds or so, and it explodes into a stereotypical nuke/mushroom cloudish explosion.

Thoughts? Could anyone make this happen?
