How about a trench-themed shotgun/scattergun for the scout? Here are my ideas for stats.

+25% damage at close range
+10% fire rate
-10% damage penalty against players under 30 health
-34% clip size
-15% movement speed

Could be called: The Trench Terrorizer

Interesting, It seems like it would need someone to help clean up after the first few shots are dealt to the target due to the Damage reduction. But the close range Damage boost oughta help with that. I like it. If only I was good at using blender for model making.
