I got a particle_manifest set up for my map, this is what is looks like:

{
"file""!particles/wartime_explosions.pcf"
"file""!particles/wartime_tank_fx.pcf"
}

Although, my tank does not create the exhaust, or shoot particles.
It says "No particle found with the name etc."
