I have a good idea for an unusual effect, but i unfortunately have minimal knowledge on how to make it come to life. I need someone to help with the actual design and creation, I already have some concept art and a pretty clear visual of what it should look like. I think it has a good chance of being accepted into the game, because of its originality, relation to this project, and because it does not stray too far from the cartoon feel of Team Fortress 2. Feel free to leave advice, offer help, or just ask a question.
