i have a lot of things to be happy for, i think im pretty fortunate and really priviledged. even when im not happy, i realize that im in a much better position than many others, and that i should be grateful im not dead or on the street. so if youre struggling with smt at the moment, keep moving forwards and keep your head up

Depends. Sometimes something small can offset my day and when I'm not feeling well I get very in-my-head, unreasonably pessimistic, and neurotic. My thoughts turn into a chatter box of negativity. Sometimes I feel like my biggest enemy, but meditation's helped me detach and accept these emotions as a process, mere sensations, temporary patterns of energy, and suddenly my problems seem rather fabricated and small. So I guess you could call me content.
