Do I need to make a new game for my mission to appear?

I did hear that to refresh the load file that I need to make
a new account for the custom missions to appear.

Also I suggest you take a look at OpenHackmore / Hackmore OS (check on Hacknet steam forum), it's a mod I'm working on atm
