Umm... How do I get a mission to start?
So I have a mission all ready, and I want to know how to start the mission
(So that the player sees the email.)

You need to put your mission alongside missions belonging either to CSEC Hub or Entropy Hub.
After that, you must start a new session for the bootloader.xml to work and take in account your missions.

Check Ecorp or HackMore packs and see how they were written as an example.
