For me beta patch 1.07 is an improvement game runs much smoother. You'll have to download and install the patch separately from steam (steam only releases final versions of patches)

It dont patch because the patch is Beta i think.

Super dumb question: if you are using Steam, does that autopatch? I have it set for auto updating and I assume that this automatically installs all the various patches. Feel free to ignore this newbe question.

Hi guys. Is CoD still patched every so often? I haven't played it much since I bought it during the holiday steam sale due to my joystick having died/it took about 5 weeks for my new gpu to be in an official driver and the two betas that were available kinda sucked. I know some months went by with no updates since December.

I know that there is a new patch for sturmovik cod prepared by team from maddox games {LINK REMOVED}(http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=31759). my current game version is 1.05.15950. when the nevest patch will be uploaded to my version of the game? (how it works? will steam inform me that new patch was uploaded?).
this is the first tiime I use steam and completely have no idea how does it work.

OK, I'm new here and could use a little help getting the game settings and what not set up.

Anybody happy with quality of this game ? Launcher.exe problem every 15 - 20 minets . I am not alone with it. Programmers are really cowboys.

Also they gave the Mrk Ia a constant speed propeller. Rpm's at 2000 are not a bad thing. It depends on how fast your flying. Do you have an axis setup for your prop pitch?

Southernmanster, sounds like your prop pitch is dropping into the coarse prop pitch setting. The Spit mk I has a metal 3 blade 2 pitch prop. Fine prop pitch is for slow speeds and take off. Your RPM's will be around 3000. The second setting, coarse, is for high speeds and higher alttitude. Coarse rpm's start around 2000rpm and climb as your speed increases. love the game untill iy crashes everytime i play it. Launcher.exe has to close. Very frustrating and even more unstable since the new patch. HELP!

whats up with the RPMs in spitfire1a in single player? I dont even use WEP and the RPMs go to 20 after 30secs or so. I even played on easy and it still does it WTF? any tips?

same problem ha ha , I installed and uninstalled the game 3 times, no luck

the game starts fine, i even was able to play 3 stages , but than I get stuck in the middle, saying {LINK REMOVED}...maps/common/ "the game name\ launcher.exe____
it visual c++ runtime library

I am sorry to bother but i just bought cod today and i have similar problems as "mdgtmstng" (if i wrote right). it just wont work. i tried to download the patch from torrent (as steam does not have patch to download, at least not in my region) but i can just stick it in my ass. pf. so, i would be appreciated if someone could help me with this. (just to concluse, in training flight i just hear the sound but it put me back to my desktop, and in campaign it wont even start) so thanks a lot in advance!!!!!
