Thanks Morris! Now AVG problem is sloved.

Tip for ATI card owners: it seems the game doesn't trigger a clock increase (the card clocks down during desktop use). You can force the card to clock up using ATI Tray tools (not CCC) or MSI afterburner. Improved my FPS a bit, though still have the 'stutters' hara and there.

A better solution for the false virus indication in AVG is to add rendobj.dll to the exceptions list in the advanced settings tab on AVG. That way you dont have to lose your virus protection everytime you wanna play IL2 COD (and then forget to turn it back on later like me )

( rendobj.dll ) AVG anti-virus will show this as a virus and delete it.. You need to disable AVG before install.. or disable AVG and verify integrity of game cache once installed..
