Unban appeal
Hello, my name is Mr.Dooper

I came here to find out why th did SoaR abused his power and banned me. In the same time, to appeal. So, lets get into it.

I was playing in EA (Forgot when to be honest) and suddenly xcell came, started trashtalking around on my skills, decided to rally him. After that, he missed 33K or 30K speed rocket while I spiked it down, got mad and called an admin on me named SoaR. Then, the fun began. I was dragging and rallying SoaR and he seem to lose to me a bit, (I forgot the speed) but I suddently got a call in steam so my mouse flicked because I dragged it to another screen to see who is calling me. I didnt really saw what happened after, I think I died, but Soar thout that was a weird reflect and banned me for cheating... He didn't seem to know about the hit of your rocket. There was a way to reflect it while not even looking at it or reflecting it when its on your back.. So... I dont know what todo about this dilemma...

I have 8+ years of experience in TFDB, I've seen a multitude of players who possess a form of game enhancing software with varying quality. You matched the exact characteristics of most generic autoreflection users.

I trust XCell's word as he's very experienced in tfdb, I'm certain he'd know a hacker from a legitimate player too.

That's strangely coincidental. As a correction, you didn't die. The rocket reflected behind your back with your character model remaining static.

Provide video evidence of you playing, and unprivate your profile. There's literally no need for a private profile. We can consider an unban after that.

As an addition, I'm fairly certain you've been banned on suspicion of cheating on Panda. With their team also being incredibly experienced I'd trust their judgement too.

You think Lighty is expierenced? Bullshit. Its not simple to explain the hitbox, but I did that 360 no flicking alot times, again, I doubt you should go look into other high reg players and combine them with me. Why my profile is private? Why tf do you care, your job is to make sure everything is fair, not to investigate who tf I am. Its simply just a bug of the rocket cfg. Again, I was talking NOT with you, I was looking to get in chat with the owner and the developer of your "good" rocket in first place, but, Xcell is now nobody compared on what I achieved in Blackwonder. If ya want, I can show u how that 360 angle relfect works, again, my sensitivity might be a problem too, if I am correct, I was playing then with 40 or 45, but I guess, you are to mad on me and just kept picking up me for no reason. Send some proof of me cheating instead of banning without any.

Again, look in some Taygate's flicks before juging (cant spell this word :/) me instead, I am surely you mostly gonna ban him for cheating too.

You're literally giving us an excuse to keep you banned. If you don't think the rocket's good then what entices you back to playing on the server? To further your provocative and otherwise condescending tone towards others?

I didn't ban you on only the hacking, there's a reason I do background research; it's fundamental towards coming toward a verdict - You've been noted by a variety of people to behave horrendously and kicked out of multiple groups because of this. The way you've handled my response is telling in of itself. In regards to cheating, your account has been known to mingle with players that possess illegal software.

Taygete has been a reputable player for multiple years. You've come out of pretty much nowhere, which is why the privacy is concerning.

I do not agree with Lighty's ideals, but I know for a fact when he does ban, there's usually a reason.

This thread will be left open to further discussion. I'm open to being proven wrong, as it stands the ban will stay. Provide evidence and we can lift it.

I read all the above and I would like to help from now.
If you have any recordings of that play style of yours, That would help us a lot with processing the unban. If not, I don't mind hopping on a server with you for you to show me it!.

I can assure you that no bans are personal and that our team is doing their best to keep a healthy fair gaming environment for all sort of players!

That doesn't mean that mistakes won't be made, We're still humans :')
I would love to assist with whatever that you may need or offer in order for the ban to be lifted :dogB:

Sadly, I don't really remember you but I'm sure our fights were spectacular!

Sadlyx2, After investigating and talking to you; It's clear to me that your ban was well deserved and won't be lifted. You kept avoiding getting in a game with me to show me that flicky play style that you call "The White Dragon", and when you finally do, You're unable to hit any rockets above 7-10 defs.

Sadlyx3, I feel scammed as I've mainly accepted your friend request for you to spill the tea on AoH, yet that sadly was a lie!hurrr!!!! :briber:

I hope this makes you more certain about the ban and thank you for playing on our servers while it lasted! :KittySkas:
