I can see you are trying hard to shut down our arguments and now for my rebuttal.

You mention that nave's gag was deserved, but 3 of the 4 reasons you mentioned are not infractions usually met with a gag. I would also like to point out that for someone who has been playing on the eternals for a relatively short amount of time, a first offence no warning 1 week gag isn't exactly fair. If you would like to provide some evidence, considering you have logs to somewhat justify a first gag as 1 week then be my guest.

Furthermore, if you are talking about quality over quantity in terms of evidence and reason to dish out a punishment, you all know very well that there can be an influx of fake calls directed at one person just as a joke. Failing to check the validity of these calls is frankly a failure of the admins, especially if a user ends up being punished because of them.

If a user who was falsely or unfairly punished, do you think it is fair to let something so unjust stay in the dark? If an admin isn't willing to listen to the 'victims' explanation, then that is once again admin failure. If a user is public about the discrepancies, due to the admin not talking to them initially to try resolve a potential miscommunication, misunderstanding or simply mistake from either party, then you can only blame the admin involved.

You mention warning members. Yes. Please do. Snow wasn't warned before his ban, instead he was insulted by izumi. I find it funny how when replying to our 'negligible' replies, you fail to talk about any of the main issues brought up. I think you are just out of your league here. What do you have to say about the severity of punishments being adjusted for server admin friends? One user can fake call and get a 5 minute gag, another can fake call and get a 1 week ban. I shall not write anymore for the time being, but I am severely disappointed at the sheer lack of respect you showed to those replying. Your facade does not fool me, your simplistic 2 dimensional responses written in a way that you presume is professional really does nothing when it is written in such a vague non factual way. If you want to reply to numerous posts of this scale, please provide facts instead of spurting drivel for ages, due to your own uncertainty around the situation.

Izumi is an unprofessional admin who (I am sorry in advance for leaking this from our discord DM's) even admitted to me that he was looking for any reason to ban snow, due to the fact he simply had a deep dislike for him due to the past. This was made clear when snow called real joker a clown and was banned for toxicity, once again with Izumi joining and banning him without even checking the logs afaik. The way I have seen him handle situations; being extremely harsh towards people he doesn't like, yet being extremely lenient with those he is friends with, just simply proves his inadequacy as an admin. I am a sad human being that has taken to staffing discord servers, currently staffing 6 servers with over 8000 users total (head admin on 3 and admin on the rest) and I can tell you that under no circumstances would I personally ever accept Izumi onto any of my staff teams. He is extremely biased, with unfair reasoning and no integrity. I understand that he was made staff due to the fact that he is friends with one of the owners, however being a community server, this shouldn't mean that the owners should allow some inept admin to control what happens. I know you may disregard everything I am saying, due to my history on the Eternals server, but I know that if you look past that you will see just how correct I am. The fact that Izumi remains staff is frankly a joke, and I only wonder how long you keep up this absurd charade by pretending that he is a good admin.

Note to izumi: We used to be friends, but I don't like who you have become since you got admin on the Eternals server. You have let the power go to your head.
