It all started from one gag, or to be more precise, from the difference in the lenght between two gags, so here is the answer for you:
- The difference between you and the other player in question was the difference of the past/recent reports, you had way more reports from people you call "friends", so when you were both starting with a one day gag yesterday, we had to sum up also the recent details, and you clearly left your opponent behind here with the number of reports you had.
I can't hide that I'm surprised of your behaviour: Izumi realized that losing control in such a situation (on the server when everything started) is easy, so he added you to talk about what happened with the intention of reducing your gag's lenght. I saw your whole conversation, and here is a fragment:

We admins are also humans, we have emotions like you do, we can be upset and we can joke around, Izumi may have been joking and maybe he even exaggerated a little, that's why he apologized and promised to stop such jokes since they may hurt someone's feelings. Instead of going on with the conversation on the server you should either have stayed quiet, or called an admin to stop this, you made your choice, and consequences occured.

About the A+ player, he didn't get punished istantly because the lines that required an action from the side of Us admins were a little too far behind in the logs so at first sight Izumi didn't notice it. While re-checking the logs he noticed those lines and asked me to gag also this player.

The case of Snow was handled wrongly by Izumi, he acted emotionally because of the background there was between those two. Izumi admitted it happened, realized his mistake and swore to never act like that again.
I'm going to add from myself: Snow's punishment may have been harsh, but it wasn't undeserved.

I've never seen any community with the administration so open for explaining the punishments, discussing to even reduce them or to even remove them, not blocking you on steam after getting costant spam because you broke a rule and you come in with arguments "but I didn't know" or "then what about x".

Now we will change a little how this all goes, if you will get a ban/gag/mute or any other restriction, and you will believe it is unfair, you will post one "discussion" one the right forum (The forums are: General discussions, suggestions, un-ban/gag/mute).
In this post you will explain what happened, from not your individual point of view but an objective point of view, maintaining a decent language and not offending anyone, and of course nobody will be allowed to reply to such post except the admins if there will be a need to do so.
If it all goes well we may lift the restriction.

If anyone will ever mention a punishment on a private chat with any of the admins, the owners included, you will get istantly blocked.

Of course I can't let go of the insults I've read in this thread also so I am forced to take action also in this matter. Since this group is considered the server's extension there are still rules.
