Not the best idea, here are only actual apps with inventory service enabled at the present time.
In that old discussion there seem to be apps that had inventory service in the past, but now it's disabled (since most of them are not even listed in the general list)

I'm a bit skeptical that this is an exhaustive list -- my guess would be the endpoint you're using classifies private inventories very specifically. On our side, the list covers games that have popped up on the market, on item stores, etc. without showing up on inventories.
