"Publish new addon" Workshop Manager window too large.
As you can see from the image below, the publish new addon window is too large, with content hidden behind the task bar (Windows7) and no way of scrolling or resizing.

Moving the task bar to the side of the screen allows me to view a bit more of the window but there is clearly some more stuff off screen, as pressing enter tells me I must accept the workshop agreement.

experiencing the same problem on both my computers, vista and win 7, cannot publish anything or use the post addon page to it's fullest extent.

Is it possible to add a percent uploaded on the "Publishing please wait" loading bar? Thanks

What Gshock said. I have slow internet and haing to upload 145 MB is an issue for me. Also, if the upload stops and it starts where it was, that would be great too.

Currently, Steam doesn't provide the upload progress for us to display. That's something we've called out as a feature we'd like to have.

The upload window size issue should be fixed in the next update. It is resizable now and starts off as pretty small if it can't fit in your current resolution. I have tested it at 800x600 and the entire window fits in that now.
