Great update! But I was still tormented by one question. If the user wants upload his separate map for Survival or Scavenge, which category he should select? "Campaign"? This is kinda strange.

Items in the lists were ordered by priority (#1 in list - the highest priority, #8 - the lowest priority). New list for suggestions that not directly related to Left 4 Dead 2 Workshop was added.

It not exist in game menus. But you can set password on dedicated server and enter it through game console, when you joining the server. Not comfortable at all. [/quote]

Also New Suggession: I suggest to add new categories into Workshop. "Maps" and "Items" should be added definitely, also maybe "Menus", "Texture Pack", "Model Pack" categories can be added too.

So, one more time. If i place like new skins and models in addon tagged "campaign", then this skins and models will work only inside this campaign. Right? And if i place skins or models in addon tagged "Survivals" or "Infected", then this skins and models will work in the entire game, except for the custom campaigns, that have replacements for same content. Right?

Also can scripts from one campaign conflict with content from another, like population.txt, soundscripts, event scripts etc.?

So main question is which of campaign's content only works inside this campaign, and which affects the whole game?

Well, then you need password protected game also, or game with restricted number of slots.
Actually selecting the number of slots can solve this problem entirely.

GShock, i'm totally agree! I love that we need to split up campaigns in several vpk files (i can update only one map, and users don't need to download full 1.2 Gb campaign one more time, just 100-200 Mb, AWESOME!), but i think that Workshop will be a mess with a bunch of separate parts of campaigns.

Left 4 Dead 2 has 188 custom campaigns right now (acording to l4dmaps.com). I know that maybe half of them is dead, but anyway, this will be insane!
