Have to agree with above. The tagging system needs looking at. I looked for mutations and got all sorts of mod. Also I still think campaigns need to have there own section/tab. Im probably biased but considering the amount of work that goes into them.

I like shotguns idea of auto detecting the type of upload. Ok it would be quite easy to trick it but its a start.

Hi all, Ive seen in other forums that people arent able to load up the L4d2 Auth tools. Not at home to check my copy, but is this anything to do with the new roll out today? Thought it was worth a mention just incase.

Hey thanks for the info. I'll have a play with the hud and attachments.

As for the sounds, Im guessing its there as with the heavy rain effects it muffles the sounds so its a case of can it be tapped into.

Hi all, sorry Im really late to the party so to speak.

Got an idea for something but just wanted to ask a couple of questions first

a) With the Hud does it have a z value? is it always top level above screen overlays etc, etc?

b) Is it possible to change sound ie make all voice muffled, change pitch etc?

c) is it possible to attach a model to the survivors at all times.

Any pointers appreciated (also any good examples knocking about) - just going through wikis at the mo.

Hey Hi, I was going to try the same thing. Is it worth splitting up the vpks in say maps, scripts etc, models, materials? Some standard formatting help might be useful as a guide for people?
