[HELP] Map lighting is right ingame but crappy in SFM
Hey, can somebody help me to solve this? Ive imported the map from my downloaded tf2 game files (.bsp) to SFM maps and somewhat there are few models missing and lighting is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. (yes, reenable lighting makes it look like this)

Here is how it looks ingame: http://imgur.com/a/RVk8D
Here is how it looks in SFM: http://imgur.com/a/O0HyQ

Any idea?

You might need to decompile the map and enable HDR and or Dynamic range in hammer, although I'm not a hammer expert. But usually when the lights look like that is due to missing HDR and it might also glitch your work camera.

Try typing mat_fullbright 0 in the console (sfm) and move the camera around

If that doesn't work, you'll have to decompile the map to vmf (I recommend bspsrc), then again to bsp, and then fix it with vrad. Both vbsp and vrad are on the bin folder of sfm, just drop the map in them, a console will appear and it'll start fixing your map. When you've finished all this process, just drop it into a map folder inside sfm and you'll have a repaired map!

Same effect as turning on/off lighting

I FUCKIGN FIXEEEEED IT finally - https://imgur.com/a/6v9E2

What did I do:
1) Decompiled the map to the .vmf with bspsrs
2) Opened the .vmf with Hammer, enabled HDR and clicked on Run map
3) After a while the map was back in .bsp on my desktop
4) Just put it back inside the map folder

Thank you all fellas
