I know it's a pain to watch a 1 hour tutorial, but it's better than me trying to explain you.
This is an official valve sfm tutorial by the animator from Valve.
These are all the basics you NEED to know how to do already simple stuff.
Once you mastered those I'd recommend you watch tutorials from these guys:
Thomas Larson (Graph editor and stuff)
https://www.youtube.com/user/tomcrazyOMG5/videos
Jimer Lins (Usefull tips)
https://www.youtube.com/user/JimerXLins
Zacharia Scott (for more advanced stuff)
https://www.youtube.com/user/Ronaldthecock
That's how I learned sfm, you don't have to watch all the tutorials because I know it's boring
and taking a lot of time but worth it
Good luck!
