Click and hold on the viewport, move the mouse to look around. WASD to move.
Switch to the motion editor, then use the transform tool. The video that was posted above will explain what all those things are. For further reference just watch that full series to learn the basics.
Don't expect to create that good looking animations any time soon. It takes hundreds of hundreds of hours, maybe even thousands before you can do that. I would recommend starting of making posters to understand the basics of lightning and camera's. If you feel comfortable with that you should start making simple animations.
