Framerate trouble [30p to 24p]
Hello!

I have got a project that I have always rendered from SFM at 30fps. But Now If I want a more cinematic look for my video, should I change the framerate from 30p to 24fps? (meaning that a part of that project will be formed of 30p and another part of 24p rendered video). If I should change the framerate and start rendering my project in 24p, then the next question is that would using/mixing two different framerates in the same project in a video editor that has its project file settings set to 30p cause ghosting or some ugly disorders in my video. If it would cause ghosting and such things, how could I fix this problem with an external tool, in my video editor or directly in SFM? (I'm using Adobe Premiere CC). And if the video framerate can't be or is not recommended to be changed from 30p to 24p, can a 30p video be made to look more cinematic in SFM with the shutter speed setting?

+ one question. Which is better. 30p video vs 24p video when trying to make a more cinematic feel, or does it matter a lot and how much does it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Don't know a whole lot about making a project look more "cinematic", but I do know that having one part of your film in 30fps and the other in 24fps will cause some problems. There's a way to have SFM override the frame rate regardless of what the project is set to. When you export your movie, there's an window that will pop up with a bunch of stuff like Post Processing, AO, as well as a few tabs at the top, one of which contains an option that will allow you to change the frame rate to whatever you want.
