Idea for TF2 item
hello
i'm looking for some one to help me with getting an idea for a tf2 and also someone to help with textures :)

add me on steam if you think you have a good idea and also if you know how to texture (i don't want everybody to see what the idea is)

If you have no skills in item creation yourself, it's unlikely anybody will help you. Nobody wants to work with someone who does no work. if you want to make a "concept" and pitch it, you should post a sketch of it publicly and ask if someone is interested in making it.
