How to get more vieuws and stuff ...

Just to be clear here, I'm NOT asking anyone to promote me on their channels cuz that would be so lame if I did but, srsly though how do you get vieuws and stuff. I know it's hard to get big out there but. Right now I only have 41subs and they aint increasing (momently with like only 1 a month). vieuws: if lucky, they reach 100+. All my friends tell me that I am a good animator, but I reallly don't believe that anymore, it seems the harder I work on a project, the less vieuws It gets, IDK anymore what to do, anyone who know tips what to do? (and no fnaf or ponies...)

I'm not asking you all to subscribe but to just at least show some interest in my videos would make me alot happier, thanks for reading this btw

Just to be clear and simple, because there's already an other topic where I posted a block of text explaining why, and how could someone get more views, promote yourself.

Promoting yourself is important to let others know of the existance of your work. It's unlikely that people would stumble upon your video by just searching around.

You see... making videos with themes that makes conversations are always a winner. Like my 2 biggest videos. Just make a video, add something people get butthurt about. Put on a helmet and enter your bunker. Wait. Profit.

If you build it, they will come.
Far as animation goes, you're pretty good. I like what I see.
But keep in mind you've only been in the SFM scene for a few months now (or at least that's what your YT channels tell me). It's taken me just over three years to build up 3,000 subscribers. Find ways to get your content out there.
I would recommend entering the Saxxy Awards. That's a great place to get your content out to the public. I would also recommend to just keep at it. As long as you enjoy doing what you're doing, and do it consistently, people will come around, and in the meantime, you'll give those few that have subbed something to watch and maybe even something to tell their friends about.
If you build it, they will come.

Thanks mate, yeah in stuff like this, time is a bitch sometimes, I just need to keep making videos and most enjoy making them not with the purpose of getting subs because thats not a good idea. I have no idea if I might join saxxy 2015 but I'l still think about it and yeah that would help a lot with vieuws and stuff maybe an other thing, I should never give up and keep making videos so that I can get better at stuff, really thanks for taking your time to read the discussion!

Well, your videos are GREAT, and you deserve way more subscribers than me
I still don't know how I managed to get 200 susbcribers by making shitty videos
But believe me, someday you'll get famous and gain lots of subs
It's all about luck
YouTube is a weird place. Good animations, no views
Bad animations, lots of views
