I've been thinking. Of all the female counterparts, TF comics characters and Gabe Newell himself, has anyone ever thought the idea of making character models based on the TF2 characters' early concept art? Per example, the early version of Demo, a generic redheaded scotsman with a cranky look, or the Medic as the typical evil surgeon, Sniper as a Crocodile Dundee look-alike and so on.

Somewhere might be modeling the TFC models as seen in the latest TF Comic but with that idea to the test with success I think more TF2-themed videos would get nicer background people rather than recycling the same models wearing different cosmetics.
