Idea: try to recode it for SFM. And no, I have no idea how to Convert models for SFM.
But try to upload the model to www.sfmbox.com They could help you with recoding.
I have had the same profblem with a Pony model, called Caramel_pony. I guess thats the same problime like you'rs.

Looic, which Caramel model? I have one that I got from this pack ( http://www.deviantart.com/art/Male-pony-pack-release-311059645 ) and it works fine.
It isn't really the Batman model that's the problem.
I've seen other people using it. My SFM crashes when I just select it in the model menu.
