How do i install custom models/ models from other games or even tf2

now that valve has removed the easy to use GCFs i have no idea how to get the new models from the most recent tf2 update. those vpks or whatever theyre called say "installation failed"

i tried to move all the stuff from "tf" to "sourcefilmaker/tf"

Open the vpks that end in "dir" with gcfscape and do it just like you would with gcf's, simple.
