how can i use the SFM for live commentaries and video gameplays?

is like, everytime i play the original TF2( not the one from SFM), i want to make a video from that gameplay, which im playing on that time, can i really use the SFM for that?

No you can't. The current TF2 is far newer than the data from SFM. It's not compatable in any way.

Livestream let you record a video of your screen while playing different games, at least in the windows version. It also gonna save a backup in your computer.

SFM is not really for that.

SFM is an animating tool, not a video editing program. Just record it with Fraps and edit in Vegas or something of the sort. Just anything besides Movie Maker.
