I assume it has something to do with that. I've never experienced it before on any of my computers. Have you ever had SFM working, or did it just recently start happening?

so i dont think its that. thanks for your opinion though.
P.S. if an admin/mod sees this, please un-ban me from the chat, im not sure why i was banned in the first place
1.Right click on SFM.
2.Go to Properties.
3.Type this command:-sfm_loadsession
4.Find the directory of one of your old session files.
(If you can't find one,let me know.I'll upload a .dmx on MediaFire for you to download.)
5.Paste the directory of the .dmx file(Remember to put the actual .dmx file name at the end and the extension.)after the command.
Example:
-sfm_loadsession D:\Games\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\usermod\elements\sessions\default.dmx
6.Try starting it up,if it works, you now have access to SFM again! :D
Hope this helps!
