I could use some help.
So well since i cant render with mp4 (mp4) sux i decided to render with imgae sequences.
i know i need virutaldub and an encoder i got everything but i dunno what i have to do with the sound render it separate and then ? what i have to then.

im sry for my really bad english i hope u know what i try to tell u ;/

In SFM in the render window, it says use seperate .WAV file, that's your audio, you do your sequence in Virtualdub then import it with your audio into your preferred video editor.

okay i have an video editor Sony Vegas but i thoght i can just put the avi file and the sound in the encoder so i dont have to use sony vegas.

let me guess this wont work huh ?

Virtualdub isn't really a good editor, it would be best to put them in Vegas and render it out as a compressed H.264 mp4 so it's small. Virtualdub will only export as a lossless .AVI which are not meant to be uploaded as they are uncompressed and huge.
