Help with some audio effects
So I wonder how can I (in SFM or another program) make some specific audio effects
Like a to editing my sound to have more static, like it's played from a radio or another audio device.
Another effect I would like to know what is the best way to do is an audio effect of the sound getting further.

I can't really know what's the best program to do that sort of things. Can I do them on AE maybe?
Anyway.. I know this isn't directly related to SFM but it still would be nice if someone tried to help :)

Always best to do the audio work in post.

I can't really google a specific effect.. well because I don't really know what's it called :D

I'll try to maybe find some tutorials about audacity. Maybe I even find how to do my effects

I know vegas has plug ins to get some of those effects. so chances are AE has them as well.

and the effect you are asking about for a sound getting nearer/farther away is called doppler shift. (ofcourse you could just raise and lower the volume, but it's not quite the same)

This type of effect can be done quite easily with a few basic processors.

I recommend you try Reaper, since it is easy to download (7-11 MB in size), quick to install, has no restrictions in the trial period except for a five second nag screen and most importantly it comes with everything you need to achieve radio sound. http://reaper.fm

For radio sound, distort it a little, which is easy with a compressor set to very short attack and release times, or one of the JS distortion effects that comes with Reaper. Then use an equalizer to roll off a lot of low end, up to 500 to 1000 Hz perhaps, depending on taste, and roll off high end, up to 5-6 kHz perhaps. It's up to you.

Reaper also has noise generator fx plugins that you can run on another track and mix in to taste.

If you'd like more help with this, let me know. I can also prepare a little Reaper project for you to just toss your audio files in to and fiddle around.
