[MODEL BUGS] SHAPE KEY/FLEX HELP NEEDED
Hello!

I've got a model that I have made 3 shape keys on. The model on the whole acts perfectly in blender (yes, also the shape keys do). I've compiled the model to .mdl and tested it in SFM. However the flexes caused some severe bugs.

The first one is present when I move the flex sliders. The shape keyed parts do move as they should. Despite this, when a shape key is in it's max position the part of the texture "splits". I dont know how to exactly explain this but it seems that the flex moves a part of the model's surface away from it's original position but the texture that is in the shape keyed part is also staying in the flexes original position. It's like "cloning" the texture.

Another problem is that when I point a light at the model it starts having dark blotches all over the lighted area on the surface. They are mostly clearly geometrical shapes, triangles, pentagons and hexagons. They also flicker and change place when the camera is moved.

Please inform what could possibly be wrong if you know something about this.

Hello. I'm sorry for a really late reply. But unfortunately I haven't got any pictures anymore of this issue. Mainly because I removed the flexes that fixed the problem. But the problem is that when I make any flexes, it will have that bug again.

Have you got any experience or idea about what's happening to cause this bug appear?
