This is a pretty situational model and I'm not sure if anyone even has any use for it buuuut:

Here's some Animated Elevator Panels. As you may have noticed, the animated videos that play on the elevator screens in Portal 2 maps are not functioning in SFM. There is currently no way to play bik files through these entities so this is a workaround, using a model and animated textures.

The model is basically an overlay for the current monitors[i.imgur.com], if you place this correctly in the dead center of the room, it should cover all the monitors and look like they are the original screens animated.

There's 5 skins available at the minute:

5 - Turret Designs
